Mixers
Microwave Mixers translate the frequency of electromagnetic signals to a higher/lower signal and are either also referred as Up or Down converters. RFIC Solutions provides wideband/narrowband mixers including passive (Diode) and active (pHEMT/MESFET).
Transceiver system performance is mostly limited by dynamic range of a Mixer, which is limited by conversion loss, Intermodulation & spurious products and Isolation.
Our mixer list consist of highly linear, higher image/LO-rejection in phase/quadrature (I/Q) direct up-conversion mixer ideal for 5G cellular communications/Backhaul and SATCOM.
