This tape-out includes a range of key functional blocks, including FEMs (Front-End Modules), LNAs (Low-Noise Amplifiers), and Mixers, PA(power Amplifier),DA (Driver Amplifier) ,Switch and many more blocks. Each designed to operate efficiently across DC to 40 GHz.
Wideband amplifier that operates across an impressive diverse frequency range of DC to 10GHz, 2GHz to 20GHz and 20GHz to 40GHz. Differential Amplifier engineered to operate across an impressive frequency range from DC to 10 GHz.
This marks a significant achievement in our RFIC development and further establishes our leadership in the industry. These blocks are engineered to provide superior performance, catering to a wide variety of high-frequency applications.
